A double-link + pull-ring lock mechanism allows for 2.5-second expansion and contraction; the cart automatically locks to prevent folding back after expansion. Silent casters

Front 5" 360° universal swivel, rear 8" directional tread made of low-noise TPE material, 28 mm wheel width, and double ball bearings for reduced rolling resistance. Operating noise is ≤55 dB at 3 km/h on tiled surfaces, and there's no noticeable jerking when crossing 15-20 mm joints. Large Capacity

Operating temperatures range from -20°C to 60°C, making them suitable for cold storage restocking and summer exposure.

Stable and Anti-Tilt

The 485 mm wheelbase and rearward-shifted center of gravity place approximately 55% of the load on the rear axle. Ground clearance is 150 mm, ensuring both maneuverability and stability. The integrated rear wheel pedal brake allows for single-touch locking when loading and unloading on ramps. The minimum turning radius is ≤ 1 m, making U-turns in elevators and narrow corridors easy.

Ergonomic Comfort

The push handle has three height settings: 980 mm, 1020 mm, and 1060 mm, suitable for heights between 155 and 190 cm. The 20 mm thick EVA grip prevents slipping with wet hands. The required thrust for long-distance linear pushes is significantly lower than that of bearingless casters, reducing the effort required for continuous use.

The caster's quick-release nuts are M8, allowing replacement in 10 minutes. The side hooks and straps are universal and easy to purchase. The entire machine is 70% pre-assembled, and it takes about 3 minutes to go from unboxing to use. Each unit is packed in a box measuring 1020×420×170 mm, with a gross weight of approximately 8.2 kg.
